You travelled on plane some days back and lost your bag.Though you filled your claim to 'Lost and Found Department',you have not received your bag yet. In your letter:-
(1) write the details of incident.
(2) inquire the status of your lost bag to airline.
(3) tell what you want if the bag is not found.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction from your airline, which is one of the reputed airlines in our country, on a recent trip to Paris.
I’ve planned a week’s vacation from 4th Sep to 10th Sep and choose your airlines to visit Paris. I BOARDED THE FLIGHT FROM Delhi (India) on 4th when I reached Paris airport, I couldn’t find my luggage. Upon inquiring your helpdesk, they found it is loaded on a flight to New York. They promised me that I will get my luggage in 24 hours, which did not happen until the last day of my vacation.
I’ve a medical condition, which requires daily medicine. Dosage to keep it under control, but unfortunately my medicines were in my lost luggage. I was stranded in an unknown place ad I faced a lot of challenge in purchasing them a s I did not had doctor’s prescription. Additionally, all my personal belongings like, clothing, toiletries, etc were in that bag and I faced a lot of problem in getting them, too.
I request your company to compensate the expenses that have occurred on this trip to Paris. Because I’ve planned a stress buster trip, but it turned out to be a disaster. I ‘ve attached receipt of airline ticket and hotel expenses, which I’ve paid on this trip.
Looking forward for a positive response, otherwise I’ll be forced to seek legal assistance.
Yours faithfully,
Aja
