Impact of increasing the price of petrol to traffic and pollution problem
Nowadays, it is true increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problem. I totally agree with essay because that give more advantage rather then disadvantage.
The possitive of this issue is to solve growing traffic and pollution, it is because with the increasing price of petrol will make the consumer think before buying the petrol. For example, ussually people will buy the petrol for funish necessary everyday, but when the price of petrol increase so people will diminish consumtion of petrol. As result, the pollution caused by vechile go down.
On the other hand, the increasing price of petroll certain retard the economic growth, it is because some percent of the countries income established from the sale petrol. For example, in Indonesia petrol managed by BUMN (Regionally Owned The Country) where more than 30% from countries income established by selling petrol. There fore, if the price of petrol increas and consumtion petrol go down, a little more will impact to stability of country economic.
It is important to, the pollution is first cause the global warming, so i think country should make a policy about this issue but with judgment maybe raise the public transport or find out something to subtitute for petrol with some fuel which friendly environment.
