I am smith, writing this letter to complain you about the failure of a device which I had bought from your shop.
As I work in home as cook, I had purchased an electric oven three months ago. It was a great help for me to manage my works as faster as possible. Although, three weeks ago the machine got disturbed and it became a burden on me to finish my works on time.
Actually, I am working in a house where almost 15 members stay together. It is my responsibility to prepare food items for all of them. I have to prepare different types of cuisines for children and grown up people based on their diet chart. The electric oven used to help me a lot and now the condition is too dull and complicated for me. I have to wake up too early to get everyone's food requirements ready before they leave home for work and studies.
The company had given me five years warranty on the product and you offered me services on request. So I hope your expert would visit my home and fix the issue or do the needful as soon as possible
