The diagram shows the process by which sheep embryis are cloned
The given diagram illustrates the process of embryo cloning in sheep. Overall, the embryo is developed from the fusion of the DNA and egg cell of two different female sheep.
To start the process, body cells and egg cells are taken from the female sheep A and B respectively. After the collection of cells DNA is extracted from the body cell of sheep A whereas on the other side egg cell from sheep B is sent for nucleus removal.
After the extraction of DNA and nucleus removal the extracted DNA and egg cell free from nucleus of sheep A and B are fused in order to produce the embryo. The developed embryo is than placed carefully in the uterus of sheep C under proper supervision of the veterinary experts. This embryo is developed into a conned lamb after the gestation period of mother sheep C is over.
This is how sheep clones are produced.
