Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to an urgent issue. I was on the 12 a.m. flight from Mumbai-India to Singapore (Airbus A360) and had one check-in luggage and one hand luggage. Since the flight landed early morning, I was drowsy and as a result only collected my check-in bag. Once I reached home I realized that I had completely forgotten my hand luggage in the overhead bin above my seat. My seat number is F35.
Let me explain in detail. First, it is a black Puma bag with my name and phone number written on the tag in the front. Secondly, it contains some souvenirs, which not be high in monetary value but very important to me as I got them specially for my friends and family. In addition, certain important documents like my work visa and drivers license were also in the bag and I need them immediately.
Therefore, I would be grateful if you could check with the staff if they found a missing bag. please feel free to contact me at 9357689532 if you need any information. Moreover I have attached a copy of my ticket as well as sent a copy of this letter tot the airport.
Looking forward to your co-operation.
Yours faithfully,
Mary Smith
