Dear Sir,
I am Dr Maii Hosny, and I am one of your regular customers often using your taxies for transportation.
I am writing to tell you of the loss of my papers’ bag 2 days ago during one of my trips with your company.
It was on 16th December, I was picked up from the location of my work at 12:30 pm, and the driver dropped me off at the site of my daughter’s school in Al Khalidyah. After about 30 minutes I realized that I have already forgotten my bag with very important documents inside.
In fact, I am about to give some documents to the traffic department to get a domestic driving license and all these documents were in the bag. One document is recently notarized from the Embassy of my country in Jeddah, and it will be very difficult to me to get a new one in the near time.
I have contacted the customers service and they suggested sending an e-mail to the manager to solve this problem.
I hope you will give this matter your immediate attention. Would it be grateful if you find the bag to send it back to me during the official working hours from Sunday to Thursday.
