The supplied process diagrams describe the process to produce cement and how cement used in concrete production.
As can be seen in the first diagram, the beginning of the whole process is marked by intermingling limestone and clay and simultaneously crushing in the machine to become powder state. Once mixed, the powder runs into a rotating heater, wherein works with heat. Eventually, with help of grinder, cement is emerged and pack in bags.
One of the purposes of cement is used for producing concrete in building. Regrading concrete, it takes fewer steps and equipment in production than that of cement, however, more materials is selected to obtain final products. There are four elements utilising to produce concrete: cement, water, ‘gravel’ or small stones and sand, with the proportions of combination are 15%, 10%, 50% and 25%. From that stage onwards, all of the elements is mixing together before turning into concrete.
