Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I am interesting to buy an electrical good at your shop. I would like to ask you if you still have the controller for the Samsung TV which I cannot find at my house. If you have this product could you please hold this product to me until next Monday? because I am travelling through the company that I work. Moreover, I will arrive in Brisbane at 10:00 pm on Sunday, so I will not be able to go to the store to buy it.
Please send to me the price and how long you will be able to hold this product to me. This product is really important to me because my TV only works with the controller otherwise, I cannot have access and I have an important meeting through my TV this week.
Please let me know if I need to pay some extra fee for you can hold the product.
