Dear Sir / Madame,
I am writing this letter in regards to the construction going on the street near my house. The noise has become a problem.
My name is Robert Wilson, I live next to the street where the construction is going on. I am a senior member of the community so, it is my responsibility to inform you about my concerns due to this construction site noise.
I have had sleepless nights as there are continuous work shifts on the streets and the noise of these big machines does not let me sleep. Moreover, I can also hear people talking and lights for construction are so bright that even after drawing the curtains still light peeps in my bedroom.
I know it is important to finish this work and it is for our benefit but I request you to stop the work at night. You can instead increase the manpower and start early in the morning and can also have twelve-hour shifts. It will be really helpful.
I will look forward to your response.
Yours faithfully,
Robert Wilson.
