You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel.
In your letter,
say where you think you left the papers
explain why they are so important
tell the manager what you want him/her to do
Dear Sir
I am writing this letter with regard to the some important documents that i mistakenly left behind at your hotel. Yesterday, I attended the annual construction factories managers meeting held at your hotel. Although the meeting was a huge success but unfortunately I forgot some documents while leaving in the rush .
The meeting was held at the Tulip conference hall of the hotel , hence, I believe that the documents must be there.Since, the seats were assigned numbers it will be easy to know the exact locaion of papers. I was sitiing at seat no 12, which was at extreme right corner of the central table. the file was in the drawer inside the table infront of the seat.
The file contained some official documents regarding our firm's future plans. Some of them are confidential and extremely valuable to our company. They must not fall in the wrong hands or otherwise we will have to face serious setbacks.
Kindly search the hall andinform me immediately. My secretary will come to collect the file as soon as it is found. Your hotel is well reputed for it esteemed values, customer care and satisfaction ,therefore i trust and that you will keep the file safe and secure.
Looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible. Thankyou for your cooperation in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Thomas Kennedy
