Write a letter to the manager of a hotel where you stayed and left two important things.
-give details of your stay
-why those two things are important?
-How he can return the things to you?
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that during my recent visit to your hotel, I forgot to collect my belongings.
At the onset, I was traveling to Ho Chi Minh City last weekend and I checked in your Queens Town Hotel on Saturday i.e. 14th March 2021. My booking reference number was FHFHH57585N and I stayed in Room No. 456. I checked out yesterday at noon.
While in a hurry to board a flight, I forgot to collect my Visa card and some essential documents. As I frequently use my card for routine transactions, it will take more time to block the existing card and request a new one. Moreover, the file, which I left in the hotel is of great importance for my upcoming presentation.
I would appreciate it, if you could send these two items through express courier. I will pay the cost of shipment charges, My residential address is registered at your website portal for your reference.
I am hoping to receive my essentials at the earliest.
Yours sincerely,
John Smith
