Dear Mr. Salvatore,
Last week, I have signed a tenant lease agreement in regards to your house which will be starting next month. However, I am afraid that I will not be to move next month to your apartment which you have rented to me due to personal reasons at home.
The problem arose in my hometown when I spoke to my mother. She wanted me to come to India next month, as we have a family situation which I could not share in the letter. It is a family matter, thus, I hope you would understand the reasons for my concern not sharing the problems and could not move into your apartment next month.
But, that does not mean, I am going away from the City. I will be back after a month in the town and will move my things and belongings to your flat. Therefore, I request you to please reinstate a new agreement, and I could come to meet you before going to India to sign a new lease agreement. I hope you understand my current situation and will grateful for your kind support on the trouble of not shifting to your flat in the coming month.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
