You ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing.
Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service. Say when and how you ordered the cheque book. Ask how much longer you will have to wait and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your bank services about treating your customer's request.
I requested a new cheque book past two weeks by calling at your customer care number. One of your customer representatives informed me on the call that I will be receiving my new cheque book in five working days.
After almost ten working days, I did not hear from your bank, thus, I called again at the customer care number. They informed me that they do not have any request submitted for a new cheque book. If you need any proof of record, I have my phone call conversation of last two weeks with your worker who is a representative at your bank. I want you to please expedite my request completion as I have to pay bills through cheque to people who are working for me.
Please update me on the exact time to wait to have my cheque book at my address as mentioned in my bank account details. And, I want you to take immediate action on this matter, so, this case gets close as early as possible.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Shwatank Bhasin
