Could you please tell me how long do I have to wait for the delivery of the cheque book? In case your bank had difficulties and could not send me the book timely, do you mind if I ask another support, such as a note from the bank to the gas company to explain the situation?
I understand your bank are in the peak time of the year and you are busy with thousands of transactions, so I do not mean to criticize you. I just hope you can take an action to assist my situation.
