At a glance, there are six stages of the process, starting from saltwater intake and finishing to integrate the water into the supply system.
On the first step, seawater is channeled into a saltwater intake pipe, and water undergoes the first filter process (pre-treatment filter). In this filtering process, the salt residue is disposed of, and it is channeled back to the sea. Next, the first treatment water is forced through the membrane using a high-pressure mechanism that separates salt and other materials. Following that, salt concentrations are then removed using a pipe. Before the water is stored into water storage, the purifying process is done using three substances (lime, chlorine, and fluoride), and purified water is produced. At the final step, the water is integrated into the water supply system and it is channeling to households to be used by people.
