the process below shows how to make dough for a pizza

Overall, it can be seen that there are divided into 7 main steps which are sorted into 3 main stages. Starting from the ingredients of preparation and processing, ending within a raw flour that can be baking later.
As can be noticed that making the dough a pizza is initially taken place by mixing sort of additives, namely four cups of flour with its weighted at 500 grams, half of water at 325 grams, and two spoons of salt, and the final ingredient is poured that is one a half of dry active yeast. Then, by putting all the additives in a bottle which is a stand mixer, then the mixer of the machine will execute its task within 2 minutes slowly. Next, accelerate up to 5 minutes at medium level to blend all additives.
After a long period of time, the machine will return in a slow state within 2 minutes. Following this process, the dough is letting down in 2 hours which may be upsizing in a double itself. By individual’s hand, all air bubbles will removing in working the dough. Ultimately, cut up into 3 equal pieces with its chunks about 275 grams.
