When students move to a new school, they sometimes face problems. How can schools help these students with their problems? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your answer.
Moving to a new school can present a number of challenges for students. All of us have had to relocate at some point in our lives, and I am no exception. My family relocated twice while I was growing up. The old construction was completed and my father was offered a new project; as a result, my family was forced to move from one location to another. "No friends" and "a huge number of new people" were two of the biggest challenges I faced when I moved to a new school. My recommendations for how a school can assist a student in this predicament will be discussed in the paragraphs that follow.
The first obstacle I encountered when starting a new school was the sheer number of people I had never met before, including teachers and classmates. After class, I would meet the teachers and introduce myself. I would also inquire about the curriculum they were teaching. Even though it was more difficult with my new classmates, Because this is how students get to know each other, I had to stand up for myself a few times. As a result, I believe there is a better way for us to get to know one another. Schools should be involved in this process, in my opinion. A welcome class, for example, would give new students a chance to get to know one another and introduce themselves.
In my new school, I had to deal with the fact that I didn't have any friends. Due to the distance between us, I was unable to see any of my old friends and had no opportunity to make any new ones. Now that most students have access to the Internet, it's much easier for them to reconnect with old friends. Sadly, I was unable to take advantage of this opportunity as a student. For newcomers, I believe that schools can assist them by assisting them in integrating more quickly into their new classrooms. For example, a school can assign a mentor to a new student and the mentor will assist the newcomer in adjusting to his or her new surroundings.
In conclusion, I would like to stress the importance of moving to a new school, which brings both challenges and advantages. When it comes to making new friends and overcoming obstacles, for example, I've gained new skills. The experience made me a better person, and I am grateful to have had it in my life.
