The charts below the result of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel’s customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
The pie charts give information visitors responses to a survey about customer service at the Parkway Hotel in 2005 and in 2010.
It is clear that rated the hotel’s customer service has increased significantly from 2005 to 2010. While in 2005 excellent service relatively stable but in 2010 has doubled.
Look at the pie chart in 2005. It can be seen that rated customer service in the excellent segments is the lowest among 4 segments with a figure of 5%, but this figure rose to 28% in 2010. Meanwhile, only 14% of guests described customers service in the hotel is good,but in 2010 increase five times have number is 39%.
With negative responses, in 2005 have number highest rated customers service as poor is 21%. But to in 2010 that number down two times with figure of 12%. With rated customers service as very poor is 15% but in 2010 has dropped significantly is 4%. So, it can be seen that the Parkway Hotel has positive reviews than negative reviews.
