The bar graph illustrates the details of available jobs in restaurants, hotels, sports and leisure, travel and tours industries in UK cities from 1989 to 2009.
Overall, the majority of vacancies listed in restaurants over the years and the highest number of jobs recorded in all four industries in 1999 which is over 900 numbers.
Regarding restaurant and hotels accounts for about 1100 numbers in 1989 which climbed to 1600 in 2004 which is the maximum among other industries. After five years the job number decreased to just over 1300 at the end of the period. Similarly, employment numbers in hotels were just above 1000 at the beginning later which increased to 1400 in 1994. However, in the following years, the numbers declined and reached the starting number in 2009 too.
In terms of sports and leisure has around 900 numbers in 1989 which declined to below 700 in the next year. While the data go up to above 1000 in 1999 which is the highest number compared to other years and plummeted to approximately 700 in the final year. Moreover, travel and tour industries reached the peak in 1994 in contrast to below 800 number oin 1989. For the consecutive years, the graph goes down and finished at below 400 number in 2009.
