The diagram below shows the process for recycling plastic bottles.
The given figure provides information on how to recycle plastic bottles.
From an overall perspective, it is evident that the procedure of recycling bottles is a cyclical process that consists of 9 steps, beginning with a disposable bottle and culminating with manufacturing the final goods.
According to the data on the image, the process commences with bottles being thrown away and gathered by the societal service. Subsequently, these bottles are delivered to the recycling center, then the employee will distinguish and sort them out in order to ensure the component's quality. In the fourth stage, a worker assembles the chosen bottles and fulfills these into blocks.
Moving to the fifth step, the blocks are being crushed into small pieces thanks to the cutter appliances equipped with two cogwheels. Next, debris is washed in a tank and put into the appliance which produces plastic pellets. Following that, the powder from the bottle debris is heated to shape the raw material. In the eighth stage, the raw material from recycled bottles is totally completed and formed into a mold. Finally, the producer sells and sends these mixed components to other businesses that are producing clothes, bags, etc. These companies will use this to create final products and ship them to the retailers or customers and this cycle is continuously repeated many times.
