The diagram details the process of producing olive oil.
The procedure illustrates how olive oil is made. Overall, this is a man-made linear process involving two main stages, preparation and producing olive oil.
Starting with olives are picked from the trees by hand, and the collected olives are then moved into a machine for the rinsing stage before being pickled in the cold water. Following that, after being pressed on the belt, the current-processing product will be smashed to make olive pastes and collect olive stones, in which the latter is eliminated from the procedure and the former is ready for the next step.
In the subsequent phase, the olive pastes are packed in bags with holes for good preservation conditions. After that, the later product will be pressed once again before being separated, all in specialized machines to collect oil and water. The olive oil is successfully made and will be stored carefully, followed by the distribution to consumers.
