As technology advances each decade, individuals become extremely talented as they are born to a new developing world where they have the opportunity to utilize their talents. Therefore, the potential of talented individuals should not be limited due to financial constraints. Consider a scenario where a brilliant mind from a third-world country is unable to attend a university because the indigent family lacks funds to provide for higher education.
