The pie charts illustrate the average percentage of four distinct meals which used three types of nutrients in the United States.
It is obvious that, the most significant sodium consumes in dinner and lost its percentage in other two groups whilst added sugar has heist percentage when people use snacks.
As can be seen, dinner and lunch meals decreased 20% and 10% to 23% and 19% respectively. The lunch located second place in sodium and saturated fat. Although the breakfast grows 2% in saturated fat it did not have any change in added sugar.
The remaining last meal group had increased 38% from 14%. People liked to consume snacks that has a lot of added sugar and this make hurt they healthy. All four meals are important and depends on how much nutrients body need people should use.
As a result, the most percentage related to dinner which create lots of sodium and the minimum percentage belong breakfast that produce sodium.
