You have recently moved to a new neighborhood and would like to join a sports center there. You have found a private sports club.
Write a letter to the manager of the sports club. In your letter,
- introduce yourself
- say why are you interested in this sports club
- ask some questions about the club e.g facilities, membership, costs etc.
Dear Sir,
I am Kyle. Recently, I moved from British Columbia to Brampton, Toronto city. I am writing this letter to you to get some information about joining your sports club.
As I am very health conscious person and keen interest in sports. Before moving here, I was a regular member of fitness club in B.C. Without doing any physical activity, I felt incomplete myself. After moved in new neighborhood, I heard a lot about your club from my friends and relatives. Then, I made my mind to join your club. Also, the majority of the members are of my age and it would be easier for me to befriend a few of them. Most importantly, your club remains open at weekends which is quite useful for me to spend enough time in club.
But, before joining your club, I have some queries to you. Does there any swimming or gaming area for children? Actually, I want to bring my child with me, to do some kind of activities here. Also, want to know the membership fee for joining this too.
I am eagerly awaiting a response from your side.
Yours sincerely.
Kyle.
