The given diagram illustrates the proportion of commodities sold aborad to 4 regions from 1990 to 2012
Looking from overall perspective, it is readily apprent that most of commodities was exported to Japan, as opposed to India. It was also noticeable the position of Japan was taken place by China later.
Concerning the percentage of products sold abroad to Japan in 1990, its figure started at about 26% , aftere which saw asignificant decline to to around 19% after a decade and ended with figure being recorded at roughly 17%. in 2000 Turning to US, the figure was recorded at about 12%, followed by a fluctuation from 9% to about 13% between 1995 and 2005 and finally plunged to 7% in the final year.
In terms of the figure for Australian exports to the two remaining country, started the period lower with 2% for India and 3% for China. Over the next ten years, both figures witnessed an upward trend to 3% and 5% respectively. From 2005 onward, the proportion of products sold abroad to India surged steadily and ended with the figure being recorded at 6% and for China its figure started to soar sharply and finally reached a peak at 30%, which was 5 times higher than the figure of India.
