Overall, it can be observed that New York, Tokyo, and London real estate price was declined in between 1990 to 1995. On the other hand Madrid and Frankfurt house price increased. However, from 1996 to 2002 on an average price was increased except London.
The price of house in New York City was declined by 5 percent in first five year from 1990 to 1995 and start to increase by 5 percentages in a second five years i.e. 1996 to 2002 in comparison to average change in price of house in 1989. Madrid city house price was in increasing trend at a slow rate. Similarly, the average price of house in Tokyo was rapidly decreasing in first five year. And it started increased at slow rate in second five year of observation.
However, Frankfurt city's real estate price has been increasing at a slow rate in comparison to 1989. On the other hand, price changing rate of house in London is very fluctuating where in a first five year it was decreasing in a high rate but in the second phase of observation it grow at a high rate almost 12 percentage in 2002 with compared of change in price of house in 1989.
