Moreover, the chnges in school spending during the year 1991; other workers salaries, teacher salaries, and resources e.g. books was 22%,50% and 20% respectively.
As far as trend was concerned that, the teachers salaries had increased in year 1991. After that, the resources e.g. books had been decreased during the year 2001.
