The best way for a society to prepare its young people for leadership in government, industry, or other fields is by instilling in them a sense of cooperation, not competition.
The growth and development of human takes place in a society and his ideas takes shape of what he experiences and learn from the society. Today's youths are tomorrows national leaders, industrialist, scientist or some doctors and engineers. In this phase of life on earth where everything is running ahead competing with other for the success, it is better to have a feeling of cooperation within the colleagues, not competition.
Firstly, we have evidenced that the cooperation have been able to solve major earth problems. For example, the cooperation between the world scientist worked out to eradicate the deadliest diseases like Ebola, which have killed a lot of lives. Cooperation between the colleagues helps in expressing ideas, understanding the problems that a society is facing, and the presage of the problems and take precaution in advance. The sense of cooperation helps leaders to understand the feeling of their followers, which is essential for a successful leader.
Furthermore, the sense of competition has resulted great catastrophe in the past. This competition between the nation led to the two great wars, which consequences they had to pay with a thousands of lives and a billions of property losses. Also the competition with in the schools or community restricts the cooperation among the people. People aiming to be greater than other forget about their roles and become self-centered.
It is true that competition leads to creation, but this creation in the expense of humanity is not a profitable deal. People competing to be greater than other involve in unfair competition, so damaging the main essence of it.
At last, it is the cooperation that the society must teach the young people, so they can be a good leader or be the best in which field they step on. There is no way that competition is bringing any good to the society; it brings violence and disorder,
