Dear Sir,
I am writing to you in reference to complain about a minor accident in which I got hurt at your supermarket.
My name is Brendon Macullum and I live at 35, MacArthur street, Perth. I often visit your store to buy grocery items for daily needs. I would like to bring to your notice a recent incident at your store which left me injured, it was last week Thursday and as a usual business, I was in your store to buy some dairy products in the dairy section where I slipped and fell down. When I recovered from the fall the noticed that the floor was slippery and wet. There was no signboard from your staff to show that the floor was recently mopped. I have seen the same incident happening last month to another elderly customer where he nearly slipped on the wet floor and broke his ankle.
I am disappointed and would like to suggest to you to coördinate with your staff and recommend them to put a signboard to tell the customers that the floor is wet so that the customer will be careful while walking on the wet section.
I look forward to your immediate action on this.
Yours sincerely
Brendon
