Dear Sir,
My name is Ben Walker. I have shifted to into your apartment as a tenant only 4 days back. I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention to two serious problems. First, the heating system is not working properly. Owing to this, we had to get an extra room heater to protect ourselves from the cold.
When I came to see the room, I was promised a hassle free accommodation. However, so far, this has not happened. Now, I insist that the problem should be addressed by you within the next 3-4 days. I can lend you my keys of the apartment if you want to send a repairman in the afternoon.
I am highly disappointed and disturbed because of the problem. And if this problem still persists, I will have to demand a refund of the deposit that I had paid you and shift to new premises.
