Dear Sir/Madam
Last week I ordered a brand new Samsung galaxy fold, which was on your website and paid all the charges that has been included. Got a message that it will be delivered on three days but im sad to say that it was only delivered after five days. However, I got a message from your executive and he apologized for the delay.
It was excited to unbox the brand new galaxy fold, but once it was unboxed, I had a nightmare, seeing the brand new phone broken. Nevertheless, I have a video recorded while unboxing it. I was totally disappointed with the product delivered and it seems unsatisfied with your service. My time, money has wasted for the product you have delivered.
As a solution, would ask your team to replace the product as soon as possible in a couple of day's, you can contact me through my email or phone. I wish you could make the process soon so that a good product is delivered on time. Otherwise, try to refund full amount of the product.
Thanking you for your attention and ihope to hear your reply soon.
Yours faithfully
