The graph below shows average yearly rainfall in Moscow and Sanfrancisco, measured in millimeters
The bar chart below summarizes the information about the average amount of rain that falls in Moscow and in San Francisco per year, measured in millimeters. Overall, it can be seen that in San Francisco it rains more than in Moscow year-round, but especially during the winter months. Moscow, on the other hand, sees a higher amount of rain during the summertime, when it nearly never rains in San Francisco.
During January, February, and December the American city sees an average of slightly less than 120mm of rain, with the volume reaching 80mm in November and March, almost 1/4 less than in the winter. Furthermore, April's average drops to 40mm, almost the same as Moscow's range, and half of how much it rains in the Russian city in the summer.
June, July, and August see an average of 80 to 90mm of rainfall per month, almost 8 times San Francisco's share.
To sum up, it can be said that San Francisco is more rainy year-round, but summers in Moscow are definitely more wet than those in America.
