You are attending a night course in the school. you are not happy with some parts of the course. Write a letter to the school director about this.
In your letter, you should tell:
what course you are studying
what things you are not happy about
what you expect from the school director.
Dear Director,
I am writing to inform you, that I am attending a night course and I am not satisfied whit it, since I’m facing several difficulties.
It is my second year at this academy and my first night course. The course is a major subject of 6 credits per semester, it’s a prerequisite for the final project course, it requires to have 2 lectures and 2 tutorials each week.
I am facing some problems to finish my assessments on time, as you can know from my tutor, that I work at late nights to pay my school fees and rent since I live alone. This course needs to give it more time, to catch up with all the homework and lectures.
I would like from your side, if the school can postpone this course for summer, where I’ll have more free time to study it without pressure and workload.
I look forward to hearing from you, hope we can find a good solution together.
Sincerely Yours,
