As can be seen from the charts, there are different percentages of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar in four meals of US people. Each pie chart describes the distinction percentage of each type of nutrients in three main meals and snacks.
The figure for three elements in breakfast are nearly the same and hover around 14% to 16%. The data of sodium containing in Lunch is the highest percentage at 29% while the equivalent figure of Added Sugar is just 19%.
Snacks are seemed to be the most unhealthy meal just simply because it has nearly a half percentage of Added sugar at 42% while 14% and 21% are the data of Sodium and Saturated fat, respectively. Each meal of dinner in the US contains approximately 43% of Sodium, 37% of Saturated fat and 23% of Added sugar.
