Overall, the charts illustrate the percentages of saturated fat, sodium, and sugars in everyday meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Sodium and fat are mostly found in dinners, whilst snacks seemed to have more concentration of sugars.
First, breakfast was found to consist of the least quantities of fat, only 16%. Snacks came next with 21%, and lunch contained 26%. The dinner took lead at 37%. Second, snacks and breakfast shared the same percentages of sodium, 14% each, while lunch and dinner had 29 and 43 percent respectively. Finally, added sugar was recorded to be highest in snacks at 42%, whereas breakfast contained the least amount at 16%.
To sum it up, the biggest proportion for meals is 43% and 29% sodium for dinner and lunch, 42% of snack composition is added sugar.
