You are planning to visit another country. A member of your family lives in that country. Write to them and ask for some information. In your letter,
Identify when you last saw them
Explain where you plan to go and ask if they have any suggestions Ask if they would like to come with you
Dear Mike,
I hope you are doing good! I know its been years we haven't met, but I still remember the fun night we spent together.
I'm just writing to get some information about Australia as I'm planning a vacation for two weeks there. Do you still remember? We met in my brother's marriage that was held in Chandigarh last year on new year's eve.
I have been always excited to visit Sydney from my childhood, and now it feels like my dream come true! As of now, I will be traveling from New Delhi to Sydney on 28 October, Flight 2345 and the iternary is something like Sydney city tour, Melbourne tour, and East coast for its famous beaches . I need to get some tips on other tourist attractions if you can give me.
It will be really exciting if you can join me on the weekend trip to the famous beach, Candolim. I've booked the hotel for the stay that won't be an issue, which is located at the beach and gives a serene view of the island.
I'll share the details on the text, and let me know if that suits you. See you soon!
With love, Apoorva
