Over the next two months, the letter and email enquiries gradually declined while the enquiries in person surpassed that and became the second popular metho in March.
After March, the number of people used letter and email to enquire information from Tourist Information Office dropped dramatically, hit the bottom at only under 400 and sustained its rate until June. At the same time period, the number of enquiries in person rose sharply, from 800 to almost 2000. The number of enquiries via telephone also increased rapidly and peaked at 1600 in June.
