You recently went to visit a friend in their new home. Write a letter to your friend.
In your letter:
• tell your friend what you liked about his/her new house
• say what you did or enjoyed most about your stay with your friend
• suggest when and where you could meet your friend next
Dear Marshall,
I hope this letter finds you well. I would like to once again congratulate you on your new house.
I sincerely loved the house. One feature that absolutely stunned me was the Chandelier. The Chandilier stood majestically atop the living room, giving it a luxury feel. The medieval chair alongside the firepit was a cherry on the cake. Anyone sitting on the chair is bound to feel like a Royal.
The Zen garden at the back of your house is in contrast with the theme inside the house. Inside where you feel like a Royal, as soon as you step out, you feel the tranquility hit you and pull your feet to the ground. There is no words to describe how relaxed I was when I meditated in the garden. It was the most memorable moment of my visit.
Ever since I got back, I have been working on building my own zen garden. I would appreciate your take on it. I am having a small gathering of close family and friends at my place and would sincerely appreciate if you could come along with you family.
Yours truly
John Oliver
