As presented in the map, the proposed site S1 is on the housing edge of the town, far from the town centre. In contrast, the second possible site is in the town centre, near the housing area. A similarity of both sites is that they are far from the university.
In terms of accessibility by road, the first possible site is next to the main road leading to Sturry with the population of 7000 people. A quite different picture can be seen for the proposed site S2 as there is no traffic zone in the area. It is 7km far from the Chartham, population of which is 4500 people.
