The bar chart gives information about the highest qualification gained by males and females for the working-age population in Wales in 2001/2002.
Looking from an overall perspective, the figure for males was higher than its female counterpart in A, C, and E, while the reverse pattern was witnessed in the other segments.
As the chart portrays, nearly 29% of C possessed by males, which was the highest proportion of men in the research, doubled to the figure of females. On the other hand, females were predominating in percentage when it comes to D at 28%, while there were 18% males. It is noticing that there was an equivalence between the statistics of F and B. To be precise, the ratio of F and B gained by women was 23% and 8% respectively, however, in F, the distance was somewhat more than in B at 3%.
It is also clear that for other qualifications, 13% man kept this object compared to 11% of women. Meanwhile, the distinction in A was 5% owing to 18% males and 11% females.
