Overall, it is clear that the process includes ten stages, beginning with growing and harvesting red pods and ending of producing liquid chocolate
Firstly, cacao trees are grown in native areas including South America, Africa and Indonesia. Then ripe pods turn to red colour which is harvested by peasants or machines to take white cocoa beans. In the next step, beans are spread to dry under the sun after being fermented.
Regarding the five-step, those are put and packaged in large sacks before being delivered to the factory production with the aid of a train or lorry. This is followed by the stage in which beans are roasted at a high temperature of 350℃. After that, they are taken in a machine to crush and remove the outer shell and finally pressed in the inner part to create liquid chocolate for selling for the markets.
