The diagram below shows the changes to the town of Seaville.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The maps show the re-development of Seaville town from 1995 until the present day.
Overall, the town has changed considerably, especially with the appearance of the leisure facilities in the north west and the disappearance of the fishing harbor in the south.
In 1995, the town mostly consisted of houses located along the main road. To the east of the town, there were merely a vast forest park and farmland. Below them were a small hotel and a café. A fishing community was formed in the south with a fishing port, fish market and shop chains along the road.
At present, the town is significantly different than it was in the past. A golf course and tennis courts have been constructed in the east, replacing the former forest park and agricultural area. On the seafront, the fishing port has been completely demolished; the fish market has been transformed into a cluster of apartments, and the shop chain converted into restaurants. However, the other local facilities have undergone minor adjustments. There have been more housing in the residential area on the side of the road, and the hotel has been attached to a new car park. The café in the south east remains untouched.
