Overall, after modification, the total amount of visitors increased than before. Similarly, the guests also exhibit more satisfied reports after the refurbishment.
With regards to the table, there were 74,000 people visited the museum before renovation which is escalated to 92,000 after the year of refurbishment.
Regarding the pie chart, before modification, only 15% of visitors claimed that very satisfied in the museum and 40% of tourists was given dissatisfied report. While, after renewal, the proportion was changed to 35 and 15 respectively. Likewise, before, satisfied visitors accounts for 30% which surged to 40% after the year. In addition, people who represent very dissatisfied was 10% before which declined to 5% after the modification. Nevertheless, 5% of visitors have not been response to the survey during the years.
