The plastic re-cycling process has a total of 9 major steps. It begins from collecting the plastic, processing it, and reusing it to manufacture products like Pens, bags, bottle etc.
To begin with, people need to dispose the plastic in a recycling bin, from there the trucks gathers the plastic and brings it to the factories. Here the workers begin the important task of segregating the bottles which can be re-cycle, and which cannot. Further steps include compressing these bottles in boxes, these boxes and then crushed, and washed. After the plastic is washed, this material is fed into the machine to produce plastic pellets. The pallets are then heated, and raw material is formed. The raw material is then packed and stored until they will be used to create many different types of products such as T-shirts, Pens, bags, containers, and water bottles. This product will be again sent to recycle once they are used.
