The given line graph depicts the rate of visitors in Scotland who had a trip to 4 types of attractions between 1980 and 2010
What stand out from the graph is that there were two opposite trends for these 4 figures. While the number of people coming to zoo and castle witnessed a progress, tourist who visited aquarium and castle reducing over the same period.
Starting at a quite high point, the percentage of people who come to castle reached a peak at 45 % after climbing significantly from 1980 to 1995.Over the next 5 years, this figure went down instead of rising and then it remained unchanged to the end of the period. The proportion of who visiting festival compared with that of castle is much lower at the beginning of the period, only one third of the castle. It started fluctuating from 1980 to 2000 and then it increased moderately to hit the peak at 20% in 2010.
Turning into the downward trend of the other two , although the rate of the Scotland visitors coming to festival had the highest starting point , it declined generally and stopped at around 17% during the mentioned period. There are a remarkable rise in the number of tourists visiting aquarium before decreasing sharply and it became the lowest point of all the categories in the last year of the period.
