The bar chart gives us information about the proportion of coffee and tea purchasing and residents’ drinking habits in five different cities in Australia
As is observed, the majority of Australia residents were in vogue to taste coffee immediately from shops,while in Adelaide, buying instant coffee was the most frequent way to consume it.
Regarding the first three cities, the proportion of people who went to a cafe remained the highest, at about 63% in Melbourne, followed by 62% and around 55% in Sydney and Brisbane, respectively. While the figure for residents buying instant coffee witnessed a slight increase, from about 45% in Sydney to 53% in Brisbane, the percentage of people drinking fresh coffee was relatively low, which was at about 43% in Sydney and decreased to approximately 35% in Brisbane.
According to Hobart and Adelaide, the ratio of residents who bought fresh coffee continued to be the lowest figure, at about 35% in both cities. In Adelaide, residents had a tendency to buy instant coffee instead of going to a cafe, which accounted for approximately 50%. On the other hand, in Hobart, the figure for citizens who prefer going to a cafe witnessed a surpass, at about 63%.
