Overall, it is observed that, in four out of five years, the company did not succeed in achieving punctuality. In contrast, the number of complaints per thousand passenger journeys showed an increasing trend.

In 2000, it is clear that the company had set a target that was 4 percent higher than the actual performance, while they only achieved 82 percent of services arriving on time. However, 2003 was the only year that stood out from the initial target by achieving 0.5 percent higher punctuality (initially the company aimed for 84.5 percent). In the years 1999, 2001, and 2002, the company performed less than they had anticipated, with punctuality falling roughly between 0.5 and 1 percent.
