Australia was ranked second in 2003, at more than 150,000 and grew to 219,000 as the third level. The UK was at the third level in 2003, but achieved the second position in 2006, at over 260,000. New Zealand stood at the bottom level and still maintained that position during the two years: no more than 90,000.
