Looking at the chart more closely, one can see that in the fields of food, fuel and power, clothing and footware, personal goods, which was reducing, while the others was increasing in two years. Noticably, fuel and power, personal goods was always the lowest of all time, just was about nearly 7 percent in 1968 and less than 5% in 2018.
