Perceptibly, while most factors were chosen higher by workers aged 18-20, the 45-60 counterparts said that competent boss and respect from colleagues affect them the most. According to the chart, team spirit and the environment of the workplace have the same responses by two groups of workers.
It is noticeable from the chance for personal development and the relaxed working environment‘s younger age group figure that it is distinctively higher than the other surveyed age group, with 90% and 42%, 80% and 30% respectively. Likewise, the safety of the job, job satisfaction, and money were more desirable for 18-30 to 45 to 60-year-old laborers, with 40%, 52%, and 72% compared to 24%,50%, and 70% in sequence.
Regarding the effect of competent boss, about 50% of 18-30 aged workers said it had an impact on their work performance, while the lower 2% were seen in the figure for another age group. Similarly, the percentage of the 45-60 workers who need the respect from colleagues to perform well at work was 45%, 3% higher than that of the 18 to 30-year-old segment. In addition, the figure for factors related to team spirit and work environment was similar in the two groups, which were 60% and 30% sequentially.
